how we are paid

"enhance Wealth Management offer four levels of service. Clients can choose which level of service they feel is most suitable for their needs or can choose a combination depending on what type of advice and ongoing service they require."

How we are paid

During the initial free, no obligation meeting, enhance Wealth Management will access your requirements, and you will be given clear information about the type of advice and level of service provided by the adviser and how much it will cost. You will be given details on how the firm is regulated by the FCA, the range of products we are authorised to advise on and any information we are required to give you. The details outline the type of products the firm offers advice on, for example, investments and savings, pensions, long-term care planning, and protection.

There will always be a cost for your adviser's service, as like any other business arrangement, you are benefiting from their expertise. We prefer to work with our clients on a fee basis rather than through commissions. We feel that this is a more open and honest way of doing business. Our fees can be calculated on a percentage basis or as a fixed fee. The fee and how it is to be paid are always advised and agreed upfront, so that our clients will always know the cost involved before embarking on a financial strategy. Bespoke Wealth Service

Overview

Establishing a sound financial strategy is a major step towards making the right choices to secure the rewarding lifestyle you wish to lead. It is our belief that true security comes with the knowledge that as the world around you changes, your financial strategy can also adapt to accommodate this, not simply to address those changes, but to benefit from them wherever possible. In this way your financial strategy becomes a dynamic plan that keeps helping you make the right choices to achieve your goals.

Our Bespoke Service is designed to help you approach your future with confidence. You will be in control of your finances, supported by a team who are committed to providing you with a quality, pro-active, on-going advice service. *

What we will deliver

  • Frequency of Review Meetings - A minimum of every 6 months. You can of course request a meeting with your adviser at any time, but this may incur a cost to you.
  • Nature of the Review Meetings - Annual Financial Healthcheck – Your adviser will carry out an update to the ‘fact find’ information we hold, update you on the performance of your investments and check they are still correctly aligned to your attitude to risk.
  • Interim Update – At this meeting your adviser will update you on the performance of your investments and discuss any issues you may have.
  • Access to your adviser - You can call, email or write to your adviser whenever you have a query about your own arrangements or if you have other issues or concerns of a financial nature. Your adviser and our admin team will deal promptly with your enquiries
  • File Maintenance - We will retain a file containing all relevant reports and correspondence relating to the advice and services we provide to you
  • PFP - Access to the Enhance Personal Finance Portal App
  • Valuations - Every year a valuation statement will be made available to you via the PFP App.. You may of course request ad-hoc valuations at any time by email or post.
  • Access to the Client Service Team - The client service team is accessible by telephone or email at any time during normal office hours should you have a service related issue or need to contact your adviser.
  • Pro-active Contact - Your adviser will contact you at any time should they feel it necessary or beneficial

Our annual ongoing charge for this service is up to 1.0% of your funds under management. *Some complex areas of advice may have to be referred to 3rd parties. You may be charged by the 3rd party but any fee will be agreed by them in advance. The Financial Conduct Authority does not regulate taxation and trust advice.

Core Service

Overview

Establishing a sound investment strategy is a major step towards achieving your financial aims. However, true security comes with the knowledge that, as the world around you changes, your financial strategy will continue to work in the way it was initially intended to.

Our Core Service is designed to help guide you along the path to financial security by providing you with a core range of services which are competitively priced.

What we will deliver

  • Frequency of Reviews – An annual telephone review to keep costs competitive. You can of course request a meeting with your adviser at any time, but this may well incur a cost to you. Your adviser will update you on the performance of your investments and check they are still correctly aligned to your attitude to risk.
  • File Maintenance - We will retain a file containing all relevant reports and correspondence relating to the advice and services we provide to
  • PFP - Access to the Enhance Personal Finance Portal App
  • Valuations - Every year a valuation statement will be made available to you via the PFP App.
  • Investment Administration - Any correspondence received from the product providers that needs your attention will be assessed and action taken by enhance (if possible) before being forwarded to you accordingly.
  • Access to the Client Service Team - The client service team is accessible by telephone or email at any time during normal office hours should you have a service related issue or need to contact your adviser.

Our annual on-going charge for this service is up to 1.0% of your funds under management.

Transactional Service

Overview

Our Transactional Service is designed to help facilitate the provision of advice and/or the implementation of a financial product, with no or limited ongoing services, unless you specifically request and pay for them. A client opting for this service level will have a clearly defined requirement that needs addressing and is confident that they will have little or no need of ongoing servicing from their adviser.

What we will deliver

  • Frequency of Review Meeting - Only at your request. There would be a cost incurred.
  • File Maintenance - We will retain a limited file containing all relevant reports and correspondence relating to the advice and services we provide to you
  • Investment Administration - Any correspondence received from the product providers that needs your attention will be forwarded to you accordingly
  • Investment Solution - For a client on this service, and to ensure that we keep costs competitive, we would generally only recommend a Multi-manager or Managed Fund solution.

There is no ongoing service and thus no ongoing fee.

If you decide to engage us further, we will discuss and agree a fee in advance for the work required.
